It is nice to know how to repair lawns when patches occur.
A client is always happy when they hire someone who knows what they are doing, or at least tries..

If you can, it would be good to water the lawn.
A couple days of intense heat can do a lot of damage to a nice lawn.

When running a lawn care business, blades must always be sharp and oil must be fresh.
Some older lawn businesses have crews, and may have 5 people all using machinery. This would cause a headache because oil may go bad, and blades could go dull without notice.

Keeping track of each machines working hours is a good idea.
A commercial walk-behind honda mower goes for $1400 so maintenance is a high priority.

Time to fight back mother nature at our pioneer cemetery. St. Andrew’s is a beautiful, serene resting place of many of our earliest settlers.
The cemetery is the home to woodland meadows and many protected Gary oaks. Because of this natural setting, it is important to keep weeds and invasive plants at bay to prevent the graves from being overgrown and hidden.
We invite everyone in the community, especially the families and descendants of pioneers and military veterans, to come help with the annual spring cleanup at St. Andrew’s cemetery on Saturday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to noon. Refreshments will be provided. The cemetery is located behind St. Andrew’s Angican Church at the corner of North Island Highway and Dingwall Road. Bring work gloves, a rake, water and a hat, and wear some sunscreen and work clothes.
